Application Process
1Determine Which Embassy
Apply at the embassy of the country you will spend the most time in, or your first point of entry if equal time in multiple countries.
2Book VFS Appointment
Most Schengen countries process applications through VFS Global. Book an appointment on the VFS website for your chosen country.
3Submit Application
Attend in person with all documents. Biometric data (fingerprints) will be captured. Pay the visa fee and VFS service charge.
4Wait for Decision
Processing takes 15 calendar days typically. Track your application through VFS. Collect your passport when notified.
